Dahi Vada




Ingredients
urad dal – 1 cup
moong dal – 2 tablespoon
curd/yogurt – 3 cups
jeera – 2 tablespoon
date and tamarind chutney.
dry red chillies- 2 – 3
coriander leaves- a little bunch
sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
salt to taste
oil for frying.

Method
Soak together the dals overnight or 6-8 hours, grind it to smooth paste.
Now get the curd and beat it nicely by means of a serve the distance end to end of by means of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of
sugar.

Fry jeera and the red chillies with no oil and grind it to powder, add petroleum to the beaten curd
with extremely small water.
Now fry the vadas in oil, and as almost immediately as you get it out put the vadas in temperate irrigate for 5-
10 second, following so as to get the vadas out and squeeze any surplus irrigate by means of give and put
it in the curd.

Finally, you can garnish by means of dahi vada by means of coriander leaves. If you similar to you can add
mustard, jeera, curry foliage and asafoetida seasoning to this.
